Main Halo solid red light

บทความนี้เกี่ยวข้องกับ:

1. Ensure all the provided Ethernet cables are connected properly and replace the cables which are old and exposed. Normally the corresponding Ethernet port light is on when the cable is plugged in.

2. Confirm only the main Halo is directly connected to the ISP modem, especially when it is on default wireless router mode.

3. Wire a PC or an old router directly into your ISP modem to confirm whether the modem is still providing internet service. If not, please contact the ISP to troubleshoot the internet service first.

4. Connect the phone to the Halo's Wi-Fi and launch MERCUSYS App, go to More > Advanced > IPv4 to change the DNS server to 8.8.8.8/1.1.1.1.

5. Launch MERCUSYS App, go to More > Advanced > MAC Clone to clone the MAC address of the old router or laptop to the main Halo.
